They may be in lockdown, but that hasn’t stopped Holy Spirit Catholic Primary School in Carnes Hill from celebrating a significant milestone for the school’s youngest students.

On Wednesday, kindergarten students engaged with a variety of activities through remote learning to mark their first 100 days of learning.

Some pupils celebrated by dressing up as if they are 100-years-old and others created a ‘100 Days Crown’.

Principal Brother Nicholas Harsas said: “It was great to see our students smiling and enjoying this special day of learning at home. Although we are not together at school to celebrate, the kindergarten teachers ensured that the students did not miss out on this special day.”
